What will Therapy be like?
First and foremost, I would like to commend you. Just taking the step of reaching out and looking for a counselor is courageous and vulnerable. Taking the next step of setting up an appointment is admirable and I applaud you! It's sometime hard to admit but we all need a little extra support at time, especially when life throws us a curve ball. That's why I am here. I am honored to help you on your journey. Everyone's path is unique so everyone's sessions will be different. I use a variety of counseling techniques best support and help you. Through building the therapeutic relationship we will explore what brings you to counseling and how best to move forward.
